At Keepix, we’re committed to getting your personalised magnets to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Carrier: All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

  • Standard Shipping: $10 AUD

  • Express Shipping: $14.00 AUD

Production Time

  • All magnets are made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before dispatch.

  • Need it in a hurry? Reach out to us at hello@keepix.com.au and we’ll do our best to accommodate urgent requests.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • Use this to keep an eye on your delivery status via the Australia Post website.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (within Australia)

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (within Australia)

Important Notes

  • While we take great care in producing and packing your order, Keepix is not responsible for any delays, damage, or lost packages once the item has been handed over to Australia Post.

  • For any delivery issues after dispatch, we recommend contacting Australia Post directly using your tracking number.

  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
