Each Smile Square is 50 x 50mm — small, sturdy, and perfect for fridge displays, photo walls, or gifting moments that matter.

Because our magnets are personalised just for you, we’re unfortunately unable to make changes once your order has been placed — production often starts right away.
We recommend taking a moment to preview, edit, and crop each image during the ordering process. This helps make sure your photos fit nicely within the magnet space and are positioned just the way you want them.

Which photos work best for uploading?
To get the best results, keep in mind:
Use bright, well-lit images (natural light or flash is ideal).
Ensure faces or key elements aren’t too close to the edges.
Choose high-resolution images (at least 300 PPI) for best clarity.
Leave some space around the edges — a 2mm border wraps around the magnet.

Where are your products made?
Each magnet is thoughtfully handcrafted in our Melbourne studio using high-quality materials, a protective gloss finish, and plenty of care.
How much is shipping and how long will it take?
We ship all orders via Australia Post, with most orders packed and sent out within 1–3 business days. During busy gifting seasons, things may take a little longer — thanks for your patience!

Standard Shipping: $8.95
Express Shipping: $14.95
Once your order is with Australia Post, delivery times are in their hands — but rest assured, we take extra care with every package to help it arrive safely.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with your tracking number for your package.
Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the customised nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once your order has been fulfilled, we are unable to process cancellations or issue refunds.
